Sales Operations Executive – Inside Sales

About the role

The Sales Operations Executive will support and enable the inside sales teams to sell more efficiently by providing tools, data insights, and operational assistance. You will act as a key operational point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases, verify client pools and assign accounts based on location and language.
• Support new business onboarding, account set‑up and go‑live processes.
• Provide operational support, monitor credit utilisation and manage failed payments, contract activations and cancellations.
• Onboard and educate account managers, establish methodologies and share performance reporting.
• Collect and analyse data to produce actionable reports for sales and marketing teams.
• Liaise between sales, ops and technical teams to gather feedback and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years experience in sales operations or sales enablement, preferably in e‑commerce or classified platforms.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
