Sales & Operations Manager – Fire Fighting Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead the sales and delivery of fire‑fighting and fire‑protection projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role combines business development, client management and end‑to‑end project coordination to ensure compliance with design, standards, budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for fire‑fighting systems, targeting consultants, contractors, developers, facility owners and government entities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tender documents, budgets and estimates, and lead negotiations to secure contracts.
• Manage awarded projects through planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over, coordinating fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, risers, hydrants, tanks and suppression systems.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and commercial performance, resolve technical and commercial issues, and ensure compliance with fire codes, manufacturer specifications and international standards.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams, and produce regular sales, operations and financial reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Mechanical, Fire, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, operations and project management within fire‑protection, fire‑fighting or MEP sectors.
• Strong knowledge of fire‑fighting equipment, tendering, estimation, contracts, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning processes.
• Excellent communication in English, with strong negotiation, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
