Sales Professional - Enterprise Transformation Platform

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive growth of its Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) in the Middle East. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, helping them navigate digital transformation, cloud adoption and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ETP solutions across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite decision makers, positioning DXC as a strategic partner.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with presales, solution architects, delivery and legal teams to craft tailored proposals and pricing.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the ETP portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to keep the offering competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation or platform sales.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex sales cycles and exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to banking, healthcare, telecom or government sectors is a plus.
• Prior work experience in the GCC or Middle East region preferred.
