Sales Professional I

About the role

H.B. Fuller, a global leader in adhesives and sealants, is looking for a Sales Professional to drive profitable growth in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on managing existing customer relationships and generating new business within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume and margin targets for the territory.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Build and keep an up‑to‑date sales pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Deliver value‑based solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to protect margin.
• Provide accurate forecasts, reports and market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Promote innovative adhesive products and collect customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management or business development experience.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
