Sales Professional

About the role

H.B. Fuller is looking for a Sales Professional to lead growth in the Ras Al Khaimah territory. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and deliver value‑based adhesive and sealant solutions that meet customer objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while prospecting new opportunities.
• Build and keep an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Deliver tailored, value‑based solutions and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Provide forecasts, reports and market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Promote innovative products and collect customer feedback to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management or business development experience.
• Proven ability to work with CRM systems and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the UAE and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) or comparable CRM platform.
