Sales Promoter – Consumer Electronics & AV Ecosystems

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi, promoting consumer electronics and audio‑visual solutions. You will engage customers, demonstrate products and drive sales in a fast‑paced mall environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide product information, pricing and promotions.
• Demonstrate electronics and AV products, encouraging purchases.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, organized counter/display and monitor stock levels.
• Process orders and payments, and handle basic after‑sales support.
• Record sales, customer feedback and stock movements.
• Coordinate with mall management and the company’s sales team as required.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and mall regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a sales, marketing or retail diploma is a plus.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or promotion experience, preferably in electronics.
• Strong communication skills and a target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product specifications.
• Basic numeracy for handling payments and sales records.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• UAE residence, preferably based in Abu Dhabi.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 3,000 per month plus benefits in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Performance‑based commission ranging from AED 1,500 to AED 2,000.
