Sales Promoter

About the role

A Sales Promoter is sought in the United Arab Emirates to drive brand awareness, engage customers and support sales growth through in-store promotional activities. The role combines customer service, organization and administration, with Microsoft Office skills used to run campaigns, coordinate training and report on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations in retail environments
• Engage customers to drive product trial, capture feedback and convert interest into sales
• Maintain visually appealing product displays and keep marketing materials up to date
• Coordinate and deliver sales training and coaching for new and existing staff
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, reporting and inventory management
• Work with marketing and sales teams to track campaign performance and share insights
• Mentor team members to meet individual and store-level sales targets
• Document customer interactions and promotional outcomes and prepare regular performance reports

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales promotion, customer service or related roles
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
• Effective communication in English; flexibility to work weekends and across retail locations
• Preferred: promotional marketing or training coordination experience, coaching background, prior UAE or GCC sales promoter experience, additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu), and a retail sales or marketing certification
