About the role

HRM Recruitment is seeking a motivated, confident, and target‑driven Sales Recruiter / Customer Service Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates. The position focuses on client communication, lead generation, supporting recruitment activities and building strong business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and candidates to understand requirements and provide support.
• Generate leads and build strong business relationships through effective communication.
• Handle outbound calls and maintain regular client interactions.
• Support recruitment and business development activities to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in outbound calling and client interactions.
• Proactive and target‑oriented approach.
• Dubai‑based candidates preferred; recruitment/manpower industry experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
