Sales Reporting & Digitalization Specialist

About the role

You will support the sales organization by implementing operational capabilities, managing master data, and driving digital reporting solutions. The role bridges sales, IT, and external service providers to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and employee master‑data changes for sales systems.
• Support organizational realignments and update related administrative processes.
• Develop and revise sales policies, providing documentation in appropriate media.
• Test system implementations and changes in close collaboration with sales and internal teams.
• Identify and execute master‑data simplification opportunities.
• Oversee database design, configuration, ETL processes, backups, and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Create and automate dashboards, KPI trackers, and ad‑hoc reports using Power BI.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and plan capacity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in database administration or data management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Data Science or related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple queries quickly while maintaining composure.
