Sales Representative – Bullion & Jewellery

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi involves welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their investment needs, and recommending suitable gold bullion and jewellery products. The role combines consultative selling with high‑level customer service to support clients in protecting and growing their wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, assess their requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Present product features, certifications, pricing and benefits, and answer customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and documentation, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels and support merchandising activities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding brand standards and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities with a focus on building trust.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in clear spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic sales and negotiation capabilities, emphasizing consultative selling and ethical target achievement.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash, documentation and product information.
• Willingness to learn about gold, bullion and jewellery purity and certification standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail, jewellery or financial product sales experience preferred.
