Sales Representative - Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications

About the role

A full-time Sales Representative is sought to sell large-format colour graphic printing services across B2B industries such as Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion and A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering and Construction). The role centres on high-impact visual solutions such as POP and POS displays, trade show and exhibit graphics, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with B2B sales, print services or A/E/C experience and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
• Sell large-format digital printing and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships in the A/E/C, retail, advertising and manufacturing sectors
• Conduct cold calling, outreach and in-person client meetings to generate new business
• Present and position wide-format print solutions, substrates and applications to clients
• Develop a strong understanding of large-format printing processes, materials and applications
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, pipeline updates and weekly reporting
• Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings and industry functions

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry (required)
• Background in printing, reprographics or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation and closing sales
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to manage daily and weekly sales metrics

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials, substrates and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
• Strong networking ability and a dynamic, outgoing personality
