Sales & Service Advisor – Home Finance (Outsource)

About the role

The Sales & Service Advisor (Outsource) will guide customers through the entire home‑finance journey, from application to final disbursement. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on meeting monthly disbursement targets while delivering high‑quality service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and facilitate home‑finance applications, ensuring complete documentation and KYC compliance.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
• Handle after‑sales queries until the construction funds are fully disbursed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints within agreed turnaround times and exceed service expectations.
• Ensure adherence to bank‑prescribed processes, SOPs, and central bank regulations.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in real‑estate or home‑finance banking.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market and ability to source new business.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight TATs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
