Sales Specialist – Electric Buses & Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Sales Specialist role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote EVS Mobility’s electric buses, EV charging solutions, and autonomous mobility offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align customer requirements with solutions.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, support client training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience in B2B environments, including pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
• Training and presentation abilities to explain complex mobility solutions.
• Relevant experience in transportation, automotive, mobility or technology sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple accounts and use CRM and productivity tools effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
