Sales Specialist – Global Risks Insights

About the role

As a Sales Specialist for Global Risks Insights, you will expand Dow Jones' presence across the Middle East by promoting geopolitical, security and macro‑economic analysis solutions. You will work closely with sales generalists, product, engineering and marketing teams to craft strategic narratives for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, high‑value sales cycles for subscription services and advisory projects across the region.
• Create and execute a sales strategy to maximise revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CSOs, Heads of Intelligence and Public Affairs.
• Lead advisory discussions, shape integrated use cases and influence product road‑maps based on customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline forecasts and opportunity tracking in the global CRM system.

Required profile

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in geopolitical, security or macro‑economic analysis.
• Proven success selling to large enterprises and managing complex deal cycles with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with consultative selling skills and familiarity with methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC or SPIN.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities for both business and technical audiences.
• Regional experience and cultural fluency across Middle‑East markets; willingness to travel up to 30%.
