Sales Specialist (Inbound)

About the role

Mamo is looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to handle its inbound sales queue and take potential customers through the sales process. The role is consultative, using the company's Sales Playbook, and covers everything from answering inquiries to guiding customers through objections.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the inbound sales queue and handle incoming inquiries from potential customers.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems, including Pipedrive and Apollo.
• Ask insightful questions to understand how the products or services fit each customer's challenges and goals.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Guide customers through the sales process, addressing objections and concerns.
• Share insights from customer engagements with the product team and sales leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in direct sales.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Natural organisation and structure, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the sales process and ability to drive customer conversations.

Required skills

• CRM tools, especially Pipedrive and Apollo.
• Virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
