Sales Specialist – Luxury Boutique

About the role
The Sales Specialist will deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at a high‑end boutique. You will become an expert on Dior products and embody the brand’s elegant image.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed product information.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships using a client book.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance.
- Stay informed on promotions and advertisements.
- Participate in boutique meetings and training seminars.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma with at least 3 years retail experience, preferably luxury.
- Polished grooming and strong communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage time in a fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
