Sales Supervisor – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to lead both Indoor Kiosk and Outdoor Sales teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. The role combines hands‑on sales support with team coaching to achieve aggressive revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise Indoor Kiosk Sales Representatives and Outdoor Sales Executives.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitor KPIs, sales activities and overall team productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with customer interactions, resolve sales challenges and ensure daily sales objectives are met.
• Oversee kiosk operations, merchandising, inventory management and POS compliance.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Prepare sales reports, provide market insights and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of UAE sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Proven experience managing retail and/or outdoor sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems.
