Sales Supervisor - FMCG

About the role

Unitra Mets Group, a Red Bull distributor in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to develop profitable new business and grow the existing customer base within an assigned territory. The role supervises and coaches the sales team, drives sales and collection targets, manages distribution and improves route productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales strategies and business development plans, and contribute to territory growth through new customer acquisition.
• Support product launch plans in assigned channels and outlets, and assist in promotional and brand activation initiatives.
• Set and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets for all SKUs, and track collections against targets.
• Oversee route operations, delivery, merchandising, POSM placement and backroom management, and ensure adherence to pricing, distribution and merchandising policies.
• Monitor display agreement costs and route expenses within approved budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and territory performance reports, and keep accurate records of sales, visits, collections and market feedback.
• Lead resolution of customer service, operational and logistics issues, and build customer relationships through regular market visits and business reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments, support special projects and promotions, and help with budget tracking, reconciliation and outlet-level allocation monitoring.

Required profile

• University or college graduate preferred; valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of sales operations, route planning and distribution management.
• Good computer knowledge including MS Office.
• Analytical, planning and organisational skills, and strong negotiation and sales closing ability.
