About the role
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience in the Toys “R” Us store at Dubai Festival City. The role includes operational duties such as maintaining store standards, housekeeping, and visual presentation, with performance measured by sales targets and store appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling environment.
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, non‑business tone.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information and assist customers in fitting rooms.
- Drive add‑on sales and manage cash‑wrap operations, including gift cards and data capture.
- Thank customers on exit and invite them to return.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
- Good verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD tools.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Experience using Sketchup.
- Experience using Illustrator or Photoshop.
