Sales Support Experienced Professional (UAE National)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Sales team in Abu Dhabi as a Sales Support Experienced Professional. You will act as the bridge between customers, manufacturing plants, and internal billing teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries.
• Track purchase order status and follow up with manufacturing plants to guarantee on‑time equipment readiness.
• Create and submit sales invoices and prepare quotations based on customer requests.
• Engage with customers to understand delivery requirements and plan shipments.
• Prepare monthly P&L sheets and coordinate with the billing team for month‑end closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi 2‑3 days per week.
• Legal right to work in the UAE without company sponsorship.
