Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Sales Support Officer provides essential administrative and customer‑service assistance to Etihad's sales function. You will ensure accurate sales data, process transactions, and support the sales team in delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Etihad products and services promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies.
• Update and maintain customer master data within internal systems.
• Manage promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders, applying correct products, pricing, and discount levels.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information for effective account management.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate; higher qualifications (Vocational, Bachelor’s or Master’s) are welcomed.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry or transaction processing is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
