Sales Support - VAS (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Sales Support professional to manage value‑added services (VAS) KPI reporting, coordinate invoices with B2B vendors and handle telesales across multiple products. The role involves daily monitoring of performance metrics and providing accurate information to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads.
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks.
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide accurate answers.
• Record details of non‑dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken.
• Handle telesales for VAS products and services.
• Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors.
• Prepare and monitor daily VAS KPI reports.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Automotive, banking or sales support experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Past experience using CRM software.
• Strong automotive market knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent data‑entry skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and ability to multitask.
• Positive, ambitious attitude with strong work ethic.
