Sales Team Lead

About the role

As a Sales Team Lead at Dubizzle, you will guide the retention team to achieve seller retention and auction revenue targets. You will develop people and business plans that reduce seller churn and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and lead the retention team to meet monthly retention targets.
• Monitor seller churn trends, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide coaching, training and regular one‑to‑one meetings on retention techniques and objection handling.
• Organise workflow, call allocation and schedules, and handle employee complaints and inquiries.

Required profile

• University graduate with 2‑3 years experience in a call‑centre or sales environment, preferably in retention or collections.
• 1‑2 years of team‑management experience leading a retention, collections or sales team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, six days a week.
