Salesforce Administrator

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is hiring a full-time Salesforce Administrator in Dubai. The role covers day-to-day configuration, security and access management, reporting and dashboards, data management and user support, with a preference for candidates who know Salesforce best practices and hold the Salesforce Administrator certification.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to turn requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification; real estate or property management experience is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets and sharing rules.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Creating and managing reports and dashboards.
• Data management tools such as Data Import Wizard and Data Loader, plus data import, export, cleansing and quality management.
• Security, access management and data governance.
• Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and providing user support.
• Preferred: Salesforce integrations and third-party apps, basic Apex, SOQL, APIs or development concepts, Agile or project-based work, Sales Cloud exposure, CRM processes (lead, opportunity and customer management).
