Salesforce Business Analyst – CRM Transformation

About the role

IC Markets Global is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the migration from a legacy CRM to Salesforce CRM, supporting its trading business. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new system meets trading, onboarding, compliance and partner management requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage sales, partners, compliance and support teams to gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Salesforce Architect and developers to design scalable data models, workflows and security settings.
• Maintain process documentation, data dictionaries and create user guides and training materials.
• Define, execute and track test cases for system, integration and user‑acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet trading workflow needs.
• Act as the primary liaison, delivering demos, status updates and managing risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably on CRM migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, core clouds and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience in financial services or trading environments, understanding client onboarding, partner hierarchies and compliance processes.
• Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
