Salesforce Developer – Real Estate Platform

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate company in Dubai building a robust Salesforce platform. As the implementation phase ends, we need a hands‑on Salesforce Developer/Engineer to own the ongoing development, integrations and custom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and bespoke functionality.
• Create and manage API integrations with property portals, third‑party data providers and other systems.
• Build dashboards and reports covering leads, conversion, agent performance, pipeline and revenue.
• Develop custom features such as referral engines, automated sales workflows and approval processes.
• Contribute to the Agent‑force/AI strategy by developing AI agents.
• Review and improve solutions delivered by the implementation partner.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and scalability while establishing best practices for development, documentation and release management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model, security and permissions.
• Ability to work independently, own a technical roadmap and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
