About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Salon Manager to lead daily operations of our gents salon, ensuring a premium grooming experience for high‑profile and regular clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day salon flow, opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling and attendance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tool hygiene and facility sanitation in line with local health regulations.
- Manage product inventory, track stock levels and reorder grooming supplies.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate barbers, stylists and front‑of‑house personnel.
- Handle client bookings, resolve complaints and drive retail and service sales targets.
- Track revenue metrics, prepare basic financial reports and manage cash handling.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to manage high‑profile clientele.
- Organisational skills for scheduling, inventory control and financial tracking.
