Sanitation Specialist & TANG QA Process Lead

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Sanitation Specialist & TANG QA Process Lead, driving the PDCA cycle of the site quality management system. You will ensure cleaning regimes are validated, oversee beverage area QA governance, and maintain overall GMP compliance across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) process for the site quality management system and report to the Quality Section Manager.
• Maintain internal documentation, change management, and quality policy amendments.
• Coordinate bi‑annual eQCMS reviews and manage consumer complaints from initiation to resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for food regulatory agency inspections and manage third‑party pest‑control contracts.
• Establish and validate cleaning regimes for facilities and equipment, including utilities and hygienic integrity.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, PSQCA, and other relevant food safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer and business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and validation procedures.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations.
• Understanding of PSQCA process compliance standards.
