SAP Administrator

About the role

An SAP Administrator is needed in Abu Dhabi to support daily SAP transactions, end-user training, process documentation, testing and system stabilization during implementation, go-live and hypercare phases. The position is a temporary assignment of 4 openings, with a stated salary of 6,000.

Key responsibilities

• Support end users with SAP transactions and daily operational activities
• Assist with SAP testing, go-live, hypercare and issue resolution
• Develop and update SOPs, job manuals and process documentation
• Document critical business processes and maintain the knowledge repository
• Train users on SAP processes and help reduce recurring transaction errors
• Maintain accurate master data and transactional records
• Support data validation, operational reporting and transaction backlog monitoring
• Ensure compliance with approved SAP procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate with business teams to resolve process gaps and manual workarounds
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process stabilization before the assignment ends

Required profile

• Previous experience in SAP administration, transaction support or SAP operations
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and daily transaction handling
• Experience in SOP preparation, process documentation and user training
• Exposure to SAP testing, implementation, go-live or hypercare is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time in a temporary assignment
