SAP Lead – Human Capital Management (HCM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead – HCM to drive the implementation, rollout, upgrade and support of SAP Human Capital Management solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and mentoring of junior consultants to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP HCM projects, including configuration, testing, defect resolution and production support.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Development and Benefits Administration.
• Coordinate integration with SAP FI, CO, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
• Facilitate workshops, change request discussions and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead UAT, cut‑over activities and go‑live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong functional consulting experience in SAP HCM.
• Hands‑on expertise with PA, OM, TM, Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration and HR authorization concepts.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and manage incidents/AMS support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
