SAP Materials Management Consultant – S/4HANA SCM & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant to lead functional activities for SAP S/4HANA SCM and Manufacturing in Dubai. The role involves translating business requirements into robust SAP solutions and ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client‑side functional lead for SAP S/4HANA modules MM, PP, SD, QM and support WM/EWM and PM.
• Validate and challenge System Integrator designs, configurations and development deliverables.
• Collaborate with business owners to map manufacturing, supply‑chain, procurement, inventory, sales and quality processes to SAP S/4HANA.
• Facilitate fit‑to‑standard workshops, pilot testing, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care support.
• Support data migration activities, including cleansing, validation and business sign‑off.
• Coordinate SAP interfaces, APIs, middleware and SAP CPI integrations.
• Own post‑go‑live stabilization, functional support, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Mentor super‑users and build internal SAP expertise.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP experience in supply‑chain or manufacturing domains.
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of MM, PP, SD, QM with exposure to WM/EWM and PM.
• Proven ability to review designs, identify gaps and challenge over‑customized solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation and workshop facilitation skills.

• SAP certification in logistics/manufacturing modules (preferred)
