SAP QA Manager – Lead Quality Assurance for SAP Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance function for our SAP implementation and support activities. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all QA processes across SAP modules, ensuring high quality, compliance and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, standards and procedures specific to SAP projects.
• Lead a team of QA analysts and testers, coordinating with functional, technical and BASIS teams.
• Oversee all test phases including unit, integration, UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Manage SAP test tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca or similar.
• Monitor, track and report defect status, prioritising resolution with project leads.
• Ensure SAP changes meet internal and external compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GxP) and support audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA practices, automation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or Selenium is a plus.
