SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM Lead Consultant

About the role

An experienced SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM Lead Consultant is sought to lead SAP Sales & Distribution initiatives, drive business transformation programs and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The role covers solution design, implementation, integration, support and continuous process optimization across the SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD & CRM solutions.
• Configure and support OTC processes: quotations, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, pricing, rebates and settlement management.
• Manage FSCM credit management, customer master data, business partners, customer hierarchies and partner functions.
• Drive integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, CRM and third-party applications, including EDI, IDocs, APIs, middleware, e-commerce and customer portals.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams on enhancements.
• Lead data migration, validation, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution and SLA monitoring.
• Partner with business stakeholders on process improvement, automation and SAP best practices.
• Lead transformation projects using SAP Activate, managing timelines, vendors, risks, budgets and deliverables.
• Conduct user training, change management and knowledge transfer, and ensure compliance with SAP governance, audit, GRC and release management requirements.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in SAP SD with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD, SAP CRM, OTC, pricing, rebates, FSCM credit management and returns management.
• Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience leading SAP transformation, enhancement and support projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering and leadership skills.
• SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification preferred; FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, beverage or consumer goods background preferred.
