SAP Solutions Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced SAP Solutions Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions for a client in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, programme managers and technical teams to deliver mission‑critical SAP projects across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation and support projects, translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards, regulatory frameworks and data‑security requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and user‑acceptance testing, ensuring solution adoption and data integrity.
• Mentor junior consultants and client‑side SAP teams while contributing to solution architecture and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three SAP modules listed in the posting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills at senior/executive level.
• Relevant SAP certification(s) desirable.

Required skills

• Functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, FM, GM, PSM, MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM, GTS.
• Experience with SAP PM, EAM, CS, PS, PPM, HCM, SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in SAP QM, GRC, BW/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO, Integration Suite and Fiori.
