SAP SuccessFactors Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Engineer to join a large‑scale enterprise transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. The role combines deep SuccessFactors expertise with enterprise integration, workflow automation and modern employee experience technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including master data and organisational structures.
• Work on modules such as Time Off, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Learning.
• Map HR business processes into SuccessFactors objects and design self‑service workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using SuccessFactors OData APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure automation respects HR approvals, controls, governance and role‑based access.
• Participate in functional testing, UAT and production rollout, and troubleshoot API and data issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central.
• Proven experience designing and supporting SuccessFactors workflows and OData/API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience supporting live, production HR environments.
