SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) cloud applications and SAP SuccessFactors Offboarding 2.0. The role coordinates HR, IT, Finance and implementation partners to ensure scope, quality, timelines and budget are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage an integrated delivery plan covering scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Oversee implementation partners, statements of work, RAID logs and change control through integration testing, UAT, migration, cut‑over, hyper‑care and support transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project delivery experience, with at least 3 years leading SAP, cloud or HR transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑entity shared services, stakeholder communication across HR, IT and Finance, and organisational change adoption.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding), SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IAS, role‑based access and data governance.
• Familiarity with UI5/Fiori, CAP, HANA Cloud, SAP Build Process Automation, Work Zone.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2; Agile/Scrum knowledge is advantageous.
