Scaffolder – Bridge Maintenance Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced scaffolders to join our bridge maintenance teams across the UAE. You will be responsible for building and dismantling safe access structures that enable inspection, repair, and rehabilitation of bridges and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems, including towers, platforms, guardrails, and access equipment.
• Follow approved drawings, method statements, and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure scaffolding stability, proper bracing, and secure anchoring at all times.
• Conduct daily safety checks and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing scaffolding materials.
• Provide safe access for bridge maintenance tasks such as concrete repair, inspection, and painting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of scaffolding experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on bridge maintenance or highway projects is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
• UAE experience in infrastructure or bridge projects is an advantage.
