Scaffolder – Construction Projects in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolder to assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities in Abu Dhabi, following approved drawings and engineering specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project drawings.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before and after use to ensure structural integrity and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements.
• Ensure all work meets company policies, OSHA and local regulatory safety standards.
• Assist with rigging and lifting of materials and equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and any safety incidents.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Perform general labour duties related to construction activities when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, ITI or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of scaffolding experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).
• Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods.
