About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead our scaffolding teams on construction projects in Dubai. The role involves supervising erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding while ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams at construction sites.
- Oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding.
- Ensure scaffolding is installed safely and according to project requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding structures and report any defects or safety concerns.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction teams.
- Ensure workers follow proper safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Manage daily work assignments and monitor team productivity.
