Scaffolding & Formwork Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding & Formwork Site Engineer to coordinate temporary works, ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to the successful delivery of iconic construction projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise scaffolding and formwork installation on site.
• Ensure compliance with BS5975, BS EN 12811 and other temporary works procedures.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and shop‑drawings for temporary works.
• Manage stakeholder coordination with project, design and site teams.
• Control costs and report progress using Power Bi and other reporting tools.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in scaffolding and formwork site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of safety requirements and temporary works standards.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
