Scaffolding Manager / Superintendent

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scaffolding Manager / Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for a high‑profile client in the energy sector. You will be responsible for coordinating all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, including scaffolding installation and dismantling.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to maintain consistency across projects.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report status to senior management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of large‑scale oil, gas and energy projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Superintendent or similar senior construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and scaffolding processes in the energy sector.
• Excellent understanding of quality, budget and safety management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex, high‑visibility projects.
