Scenic Artist

About the role

The Scenic Artist supports the Scenic Art Team at Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities, ensuring all show sets, hardscape, rides and attractions are maintained and repaired to the original design standards. This role monitors daily corrective maintenance and contributes to a smooth, efficient operation of visual impact areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all show sets remain in good condition according to original design specifications.
• Mix and match colors for touch‑ups and repairs as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and propose solutions for any defects.
• Conduct regular reviews of the preventative maintenance programme.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Resolve service delivery defects, track trends and share observations with the manager.
• Review and analyse the accuracy of checklists and records.
• Participate in daily operations, setting a positive example for colleagues.
• Foster a harmonious atmosphere and organise team‑building activities.
• Support the manager with reasonable duties as required.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
• Strong communication skills for sharing ideas and observations.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Clear understanding of written and spoken English.
• High school diploma or college degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
