About the role
The Dubai Chess & Culture Club is seeking a responsible and caring School Bus Attendant to ensure the safe transport of children between their homes and the club. This full‑time position requires a friendly individual who can supervise children throughout the journey and maintain a secure environment on the bus.
Key responsibilities
- Escort children safely between their homes and the club.
- Supervise children during all bus journeys.
- Assist children when boarding and alighting the bus.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and hand over each child only to an authorized parent or guardian.
- Coordinate with the driver, parents, and club staff as needed.
- Ensure no child is left unattended on the bus.
- Follow all child‑safety and transportation procedures.
Required profile
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory); Arabic preferred.
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., bus attendant, nanny, caregiver) is an advantage.
- Patient, responsible, punctual, and attentive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable supervising children of different ages.
