About the role

The School Nurse will provide essential healthcare support to both students and staff within the school environment, ensuring prompt response to medical incidents and fostering a safe, healthy atmosphere. This role involves maintaining accurate health records and actively promoting health and safety initiatives across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare assistance to students and staff, addressing everyday health needs and emergencies.
• Respond swiftly to medical incidents, providing first‑aid treatment and coordinating further care when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date health records for all pupils, staff, and visitors, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Promote health and safety awareness through education, preventive programs, and collaboration with school personnel.

Required profile

• Possession of a recognized nursing qualification (e.g., diploma in nursing).
• Valid professional nursing licence as mandated by local authorities.
• Certification in basic first‑aid or B‑Aid procedures.
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric care is considered an advantage.
