About the role

GEMS Founders School Dubai is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join its newly opened campus in January 2026. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a British Schools Overseas accredited environment, supporting students while advancing your own professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support.
• Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Required profile

• Holds a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English at A‑Level (or equivalent science teaching experience).
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to share exemplary teaching practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Track record of outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
• Willingness to contribute to extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
