SCM Sourcing & Project Manager

About the role

This regional role is responsible for shaping Pizza Hut's MEA Supply Chain strategy in support of 850+ restaurants across more than 27 markets. The leader will strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance franchisee economics, and build a resilient supplier ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term category strategies that improve franchisee economics and supply‑chain resilience.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier optimisation and cost management.
• Build category‑management capabilities, including cost modelling, commodity intelligence and technology enablement.
• Drive process optimisation, digitisation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Champion advanced analytics and automation to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiations, capacity planning and business continuity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in supply‑chain roles, preferably in the food industry.
• 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic category management or procurement.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Commercial and financial acumen with excellent communication skills.
• High intellectual curiosity and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience leveraging spend analytics, procurement technologies and data‑driven decision tools.
• Digital and automation mindset.
