Scrum Master (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is fluent in Arabic to lead our agile teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, a CSM certification, and has over ten years of relevant experience, with deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
• Guide scrum and development teams toward self‑organization.
• Remove impediments and coach the team on eliminating blockers.
• Identify and fill gaps in the Agile framework.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
• Elevate the scrum team’s maturity level.
• Support the product owner and provide education as needed.
• Share sprint updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct retrospectives at the end of each sprint.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• CSM certification.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of techniques to fill gaps in Scrum.
• Ability to distinguish Scrum from non‑Scrum activities.
• Proven experience with successful Agile techniques.
• Strong leadership and team‑working abilities.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Adaptability to a changing environment.
