Secondary Maths Teacher (Immediate start)

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking experienced and passionate Maths Teachers to join our dynamic, high‑performing team as soon as possible. As a Secondary Maths Teacher in an international British curriculum school, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including GCSE and A‑Level Mathematics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons in line with British curriculum standards, teaching Mathematics up to at least GCSE level.
• Model strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numeracy skills through creative teaching approaches.
• Use a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and creation of high‑quality teaching resources.
• Support the academic and pastoral well‑being of students, promoting the school’s values, routines, and high expectations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents through clear communication regarding student progress and next steps.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development, and broader whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
