Secondary Sales Director

About the role

The company is a well‑established real‑estate developer in Dubai seeking a seasoned Secondary Sales Director to lead a key residential sales division. You will own the business unit, drive growth, and shape its strategic direction while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Secondary Sales division.
• Recruit, mentor, coach and develop a high‑performing team of real‑estate brokers.
• Implement sales strategies and business‑development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor pipelines, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Support agents throughout the sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations and deal progression.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, developers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximise lead generation and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, company policies and industry best practices.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of real‑estate brokers.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and growing successful teams.
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
• Inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people‑management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate legislation and RERA regulations.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
