Secondary Telesales Specialist - Real Estate

About the role

VibeTribe Homes Real Estate is hiring a confident, motivated Secondary Telesales Specialist in Business Bay, Dubai, to generate resale and rental leads, identify and create listing opportunities and support its community specialists. The salary is up to 3,500 AED per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners, buyers, landlords and tenants.
• Handle inbound enquiries about properties for sale and rent.
• Contact owners to secure new resale and rental listings.
• Confirm property availability, asking prices, rental rates and listing details.
• Understand client budgets, preferred communities, property requirements and timelines.
• Qualify leads and coordinate appointments and property viewings with agents.
• Follow up with prospects and keep accurate CRM records.
• Stay informed on assigned communities, available properties and market trends.
• Meet daily calling, lead generation and listing targets.

Required profile

• Previous telesales or real estate secondary calling experience is a must.
• Strong English communication and telephone skills.
• Experience prospecting, winning listings and maintaining relations with property owners.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
• Own visa preferred.
